Terms of Service

1. The service

AutoPost Studio is a web-based content management and scheduling tool. It helps you upload media you own, prepare metadata, connect your own platform accounts through official OAuth, and schedule publication via official APIs. AutoPost is not a social network and does not provide public feeds, followers, or messaging between users.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You may only upload and publish content you own or are authorized to publish.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform (including Pinterest, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others you choose to connect).
• You are responsible for the content of Pins, videos, captions, links, and other materials you schedule.

3. OAuth and platform access

When you connect a platform account, AutoPost requests authorization through that platform’s official OAuth flow. Access is limited to the scopes you grant. Tokens are stored encrypted on the server, are not exposed in the browser, and are used only to perform actions you request (such as creating a scheduled Pin or post).

You may disconnect a platform account at any time. On disconnect, AutoPost attempts to revoke tokens with the provider when supported and removes local credentials.

4. Scheduling and publishing

Scheduled jobs run according to the times you set. Publish success depends on platform availability, quotas, account permissions, media requirements, and your continuing authorization. AutoPost does not guarantee that every scheduled item will succeed on a third-party platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AutoPost to:

• Scrape platforms or copy third-party content without rights.
• Automate engagement such as mass likes, comments, or follows.
• Send spam or publish unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Violate applicable law or platform policies.
• Attempt to access another user’s workspace or credentials.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant AutoPost a limited license to store and transmit that content solely to provide the scheduling and publishing features you request. AutoPost Studio branding and software remain the operator’s property.

7. Disclaimers and availability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Service availability is not guaranteed. AutoPost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Pinterest or other third-party platforms unless a platform explicitly states otherwise. We do not make false claims of legal certifications.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from third-party platform actions, outages, or policy changes.

9. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your AutoPost account data by emailing hsnlee69@gmail.com from your account email. See the Privacy Policy for details.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
